about me

I am yono, movement & meditation facilitator, artistic coordinator, sound artist and dj based in berlin with over 500 hours of training, specialising in yoga nidra, vinyasa practices, yoga philosophy & sound.

I work with people who live in high-stimulation, high-output lives and feel stuck in constant nervous system overdrive. through a balance of mindful challenge and radical rest, I help students build body-mind strength, creativity, and resilience ~ while also learning how to access deep rest, better sleep, and lasting regulation. my approach focuses on the intrinsic qualities between sounds and inner/outer spaces.

my work is rooted in lived experience: I navigate anxious and addictive patterns myself; yoga nidra, meditation, and movement are the practices that continue to bring me back to balance.

because presence isn’t passive, and stillness not absence ~
it is all about elevated awareness.
